About e-Solutions (InfoSlips)

A VIP InfoSlip is an interactive document that replaces a paper payslip. Offering the versatility of a web page, InfoSlips integrate data from diverse sources into an easy-to-read, secure and interactive package.

 

VIP InfoSlips (e-Solutions) do not simply replace paper payslips, but offer you an improved Total Compensation Statement.

 

Instead of printing a payslip, an extract from the source system is used to create a tamper-proof InfoSlip which is stored in a secure repository and then e-mailed to the recipient.

 

VIP InfoSlips (e-Solutions) are interactive, cannot be manipulated, proactively provide more information than the traditional payslip and are PUK (Personal User Key) and password protected. To open an InfoSlip, employees are issued with PUK Codes and are forced to choose a personal password.

Leave Calendar

  • Employees can view leave balances for the various types of leave on a Leave Calendar.
  • Employees are able to plan leave and manage it more effectively.

 

Graphic Display of Remuneration/Cost to Company Details

  • Provides employees with a snapshot overview of Total Package or Cost to Company Totals.
  • A pie chart illustrates the components of the employee's remuneration.

 

Print Version InfoSlip

  • The print version mirrors the VIP lazer payslip.

 

Print Version IRP5

  • The employee's IRP5 can be attached to the InfoSlip.

 

InfoSlip SMS

 

 

  • InfoSlips (e-Solutions) comply with the Electronic Commerce and Transaction Act (ECT Act) and the guidelines issued by SARS.
  • High level security payslips sent to specified users (encrypted via AES4).
  • Contributes to a paperless environment.
  • Confidentiality risks are much lower than with paper payslips that are manually distributed.
  • Resend of lost or deleted payslips or IRP5's can be requested immediately at no cost.
